We also agree to not solicit your client for future business without your approval.

We do this upfront, IN WRITING, signed by a Principal of Second Angel.

Broker Cooperation: We also provide you an Agreement, IN WRITING, setting out the terms of your payment. This Agreement is also signed by Principal of Second Angel.

Working Relations: We're in sophisticated, competitive business, where time and expertise are at a premium. Because of this, we make a special effort to get to know you - and for your to get to know us. We work repeatedly with a select group of brokers and professionals. They have this in common: They know their stuff.

Private Money Speed for Non-Private Loans: The fact that your client meets higher loan standards doesn't mean that the transaction should be shunted to a slow track. Our Conventional Commercial Loans carry the same focus on speed and execution as our Private Money loans.

In-House Underwriting: When you talk with Second Angel, you're likely talking to an underwriter. There is no bureaucracy, no hidden loan committee. Underwriters make an effort to meet each borrower in person, or over the phone, in every deal. A Second Angel Principal personally visits each loan site as a final step in our fast underwriting process.

Focus on Education: Commercial Lending can provide new challenges to Brokers and Loan Officers specializing in Residential Mortgages. Second Angel takes the time to bring people up to speed. Result: Brokers are better prepared to benefit from future commercial loan opportunities.
